1. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly

When you fill out our contact form, we collect the information you submit:

• First and last name
• Email address
• Phone number (optional)
• Business name
• Any message or details you choose to share

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider (Netlify) may collect basic technical information when you visit, including your IP address, browser type, and the pages you view. This is standard logging data used for security and uptime monitoring. We do not currently use Google Analytics, but we may add it in the future (and this policy will be updated if we do).

Scheduling information

If you book a call using our Calendly link, Calendly collects information directly including your name, email, and the time you select. That information is governed by Calendly's own privacy policy. We receive a notification of your booking.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to:

• Respond to your inquiry or message
• Schedule and conduct discovery calls
• Follow up about your interest in our services
• Understand your business needs so we can have a useful conversation

We do not use your information for advertising, automated marketing lists, or unsolicited outreach beyond responding to your original inquiry.

3. Third-Party Tools

We use a small number of third-party tools in the delivery of this website and our services:

• Netlify: Our website is hosted on Netlify, which processes form submissions and serves this site. See Netlify's privacy policy.
• Calendly: We use Calendly for scheduling discovery calls. If you book through our link, your data is handled by Calendly under their privacy policy.
• Google Fonts: We load fonts from Google's servers. This may result in a technical request to Google's infrastructure when you load our site. See Google's privacy policy.

We do not currently use social media tracking pixels, third-party ad networks, or analytics platforms beyond what's listed above.

4. Cookies & Tracking

Our website itself does not set any tracking cookies. The tools listed above (Netlify, Calendly, Google Fonts) may set their own cookies or log requests as part of their normal operation. If you have a browser set to block third-party cookies, this site will still function normally.

If we add analytics tools in the future (such as Google Analytics), this section will be updated to reflect that clearly before the change is deployed.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We do not share your contact details with data brokers, marketing platforms, or partner companies.

The only third parties that receive any portion of your data are the service providers listed in Section 3 above, and only as a result of using their tools (e.g., form data flowing through Netlify, booking data through Calendly).

6. Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information submitted through this website. Our site is served over HTTPS. Form data submitted through Netlify is handled by their infrastructure, which maintains its own security practices.

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. If you have concerns about transmitting sensitive information, please email us directly instead of using the form.

7. Your Choices

You have the right to:

• Ask what information we have on file from your contact or booking
• Request that we delete it
• Opt out of any future follow-up communication

8. Children's Privacy

This website is intended for business owners and professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 13. If you believe we have inadvertently received information from a minor, contact us and we will remove it immediately.

If we make significant changes to this privacy policy, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We won't notify you individually of minor updates, but we will never make changes that materially expand how your data is used without clear notice.
